"The amount of effort that went into this is embarrassing.

The intro promised nice animation with nice detailed characters, then when it started it was this blank emotionless character. It didn't move at all, so all you needed was to animate the lip syncing, which you badly.
at some points the mouth just hovers while he's talking.

All you did is make the background shiny and switch pictures once in a while.
I really can't consider this an animation, more like a podcast with pictures."

Nothing changed except now you went over to the NEWGROUNDS HISTORY page and took stuff from here and there.

I feel like I'm missing something.

I really don't see why this should get a 10, I'm sorry. The idea is cute, but isn't done very well. Just jumps from here to there without an actual idea. The whole platforming part was pretty bad. The sprites were crudely animated and I finished it in like 2 minutes.

Maybe this is some alternative thing I'm not getting.

It ended very abruptly, I assumed there are gonna be some more jokes.
The only joke was the other dog saying he saw it on TV.
