My only suggestion is to write a funny situation for the characters to be in, and then think of how they might converse with one another or react to the situation. Go through a few and just write down whatever you think of. Sometimes you can then take what you've written and apply it to a different scene altogether, especially if your story is already written but your dialogue is not.

I'd invite you to Applecon this weekend so you can join in on the Rape Luis Day, but I think you just might be

a) racially profiled at the air port
b) underaged
c) too stingy to splurge for it(well, I'd say jewish, but you really are and that has nothing to do with money in your case.)
